Cristina Bernal Martinez, Application Specialist at Applikon Biotechnology, will give a presentation about cultivation with small volumes. In this regard, she will give a general information about the micro-Matrix, a platform which holds 24 micro-bioreactors which individual control of pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen. Additionally, different experiments carried out on the micro-Matrix will be shown such as cultivation of Escherichia coli, Pichia pastoris, colon samples, CHO cells or CAR-T cells.
